I'm supporting Share the Dignity's #ItsInTheBag
This November, I’m hosting a packing party to support Share the Dignity’s It’s in the Bag appeal, helping women and girls experiencing homelessness or fleeing domestic violence.
I've invited my sister's so we can catch up, pack a bag, or donate items to help bring comfort, dignity and hope to someone in need this Christmas. Every little bit makes a difference!

Sunday 11th OctGrowing up with five sisters, periods were just part of life! I was lucky enough to never experience period poverty, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t have those awkward moments we can probably all relate to.
I’ll never forget being at basketball training one day and getting my period, but being way too embarrassed to ask anyone for a pad. Instead, I stuffed a wad of toilet paper in my knickers and carried on! 😂
It’s funny looking back now, but at the time, asking for a pad felt so embarrassing.
I can only imagine how much harder that would be if you couldn’t afford period products in the first place.
No one should have to go without the essentials or feel ashamed about something as natural as having a period.
❤️ Period products are a necessity, not a luxury.
